SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typicall sent by ICS or Fedex courier companies depending on price, destination and estimated time of arrivals. Deadline for placing orders in order to be shipped the same day is 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time. The estimated time of arrival depends on the destination and whether the goods are shipped via Air or Ground service. Please inquire for specific situations. Shipping costs depend on weight and destination.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping will be free on teeth orders over $75 and supply orders over $100 (before applicable taxes). Where shipping charges apply the shipping charge will be added to the same invoice as the goods being purchased. Applicable shipping charges for orders under the specified minimum value will be made on a flat-rate basis and vary by region as follows:

Ontario and Quebec – $10
Maritimes – $15
Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan – $12
British Columbia – $15

Special rates may apply to other provinces or for remote communities. Please check with Customer Service to determine if special rates apply for your area.

Orders for heavier supply items may incur additional shipping charges, which will vary by the total weight of the goods. Additional charges for heavy items may apply to orders qualifying for free shipping. For example, $150 of supplies are ordered, which includes a 50 lb box of plaster. In this case an additional shipping charge would apply. Please contact Customer Service to determine which items will incur additional charges and the rates for your region.

Same-day deliveries (where possible) will also have the same minimum order value threshold as standard orders. The Same-day shipping charge is $15.50.


RETURN POLICY

All returns must accompany a copy of the invoice. All returns must be in original and unmarked packaging. Special Orders and non-stock items cannot be returned for credit. Special orders are denoted on the invoice as such. Be sure to carefully package returns. Any damage during shipping may result in the credit being denied.

Restocking fees are applicable within the following time frames:

0-3 months = No Fee
3-6 months = 25% Fee
>6 months = No returns


PAYMENT POLICY

Monthly statements are printed and sent to customers at the end of the month. Terms of payment are net 30 days. All overdue accounts are charged interest of 1.5%. There are also charges for NSF cheques. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Automatic payments are also available.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. They are subject to change due to changes in exchange rates and manufacturer price increases.
Service & Repairs
Central Dental is happy to provide service and repair in our in-house department and through our 3rd party partners. Our repair technicians are factory-trained to support the equipment we sell, as well as some equipment that you may have acquired from other re-sellers.

We’re pleased to provide you with an estimate for repair costs and do have loaner equipment available for a fee in some instances when your equipment is being repaired.

SERVICE REPAIR POLICY

If equipment purchased from Central Dental requires repair please contact us so that we can provide an estimate of repair and shipping costs, as well as to coordinate return to us. Repair time depends on availability of parts from the manufacturer. Cost of the repair depends on outstanding warranties, parts, labour and shipping costs associated with the repair. Please do not ship equipment to us without contacting us first.
